OMS App: Viewing order history

This article explains how to find and review completed orders using the Order History tab in the Breadstack OMS tablet app.

The Order History tab shows orders that have been completed at your store within the past seven days. Orders are grouped by completion date, with the most recent orders shown first.

Order History is read-only. You can review order details, but you generally cannot process or complete orders from this tab.

Finding a completed order

There are two ways to locate a completed order:

Option 1: Search by order number or customer name

  1. Tap the search bar at the top of the Order History list.

  2. Enter the order number or customer name.

You can use search to find orders older than seven days, even though they are not displayed by default.

Option 2: Filter by fulfillment method

  1. Tap the Shipping Methods dropdown.

  2. Select a fulfillment method (for example, pickup, delivery, or mail).

The list updates to show only matching orders.

Reviewing order details

Tap any order in the Order History list to open the order details panel. From here, you can review:

  • Items included in the order

  • Fulfillment method

  • Order total and payment method

  • Completion date and time

  • Any notes associated with the order

If the order included a delivery or mail shipment, tracking information may also be visible.

Viewing orders from multiple store locations

If your organization manages multiple store locations:

  1. Open the Settings tab.

  2. Tap All Locations under your profile image.

This view displays current and past orders from all stores in your organization. The Location column shows which store each order belongs to.

Additional considerations

  • Order completion may occur automatically through your POS or delivery service.

  • Partial refunds do not always change an order’s completion status.
