What you can do in the OMS tablet app
With the OMS tablet app, you can:

How orders move through the app (high level)
Orders typically move through the tablet app in the following way:

New order received – The order appears in the New Orders tab and triggers a notification.

Order prepared – Staff pick and pack the items and mark the order as Items Ready when available.

Order completed – The order is completed after pickup or delivery, either by staff action in the app or automatically through an integrated system.
