OMS app: Completing pickup orders
Learn how how to complete in-store or curbside pickup orders in the Breadstack OMS tablet app once the customer has arrived and the order is ready.
Once the customer has picked up their order, and payment is confirmed, you will be able to:

Open the order details panel from the Ready for Pickup section.

Tap Pickup Complete at the bottom of the panel.
The order will now move to the Order History tab. Any notifications related to order completion or receipt confirmation will be sent to the customer, depending on your store settings.
If you don't see "Pickup Complete"

Make sure the order has been picked, packed, and marked as Items Ready.

Verify payment status if required. Orders may only be completed once payment has been confirmed (note special considerations for eTransfer orders).

Check whether your POS integration automatically completes the order, as some systems may tender payment or update order status without manual action in the OMS app. For details, see Understanding order, payment, and fulfillment statuses.
