OMS app: Completing a pickup order
Learn how how to complete in-store or curbside pickup orders in the Breadstack OMS tablet app once the customer has arrived and the order is ready.
Once the customer has picked up their order, you will be able to:

Open the order details panel from the Ready for Pickup section.

Tap Pickup Complete at the bottom of the panel.
- Note that if your store uses Cova, this will automatically tender the order in Cova even if payment has not actually been made.
Exception: If your store uses Greenline
Complete pickup orders by tendering them in Greenline as soon as the customer has paid. Orders will then automatically complete in Breadstack.
The order will now move to the Order History tab. Any notifications related to order completion or receipt confirmation will be sent to the customer, depending on your store settings.
