Exporting your raw orders CSV
To export your orders data:
-
Navigate to Online Store > Orders.
-
Open the Filters menu to refine your list. You can filter by Order Status, Payment Type, Fulfillment Type, Order Time, and other available options.
-
Click Apply to update the order list.
-
In the top-right corner, click Export.
Your file will automatically download as a CSV.
Note: If your list includes a large volume of orders, the file may be sent to you by email from support@breadstack.com after a few minutes.
The exported file includes only the orders that match the filters you applied at the time of export.
What’s included in the CSV file
The CSV export contains raw order data, presented in a simple, unformatted table. Each row represents an order (or order line item, depending on the data available), and each column contains a specific data field, such as:
-
Order identifiers
-
Order and payment timestamps
-
Order status and fulfillment type
-
Store or location information
-
Totals, taxes, discounts, and payment details
Because this is a raw export:
-
No calculations, summaries, or charts are included
-
Formatting (such as currency or date display) is not applied
-
Some fields may be blank depending on how the order was created or fulfilled
This structure is intentional and designed to give you maximum flexibility when working with the data in other tools.
